At 520 Off Road, we're more than just a repair shop, we're a family-owned, locally owned business built on a lifelong passion for the outdoors and powersports. Founded in 2026, our mission is simple: provide honest, dependable repairs and quality workmanship that keep Southern Arizona riders doing what they love.

Owner Sal has been working on dirt bikes, ATVs, four-wheelers, and other off-road machines since 1998. What started as helping maintain and build machines for his brother's races quickly became a lifelong passion. Through years of hands-on experience in the garage and countless hours on the trail, he developed the skills and craftsmanship that now serve every customer who walks through our doors.

Born and raised in the rolling hills and forests of Brown County, Indiana, Sal grew up with a deep appreciation for hard work, family values, and life outdoors. Riding, wrenching, hunting, fishing, and spending time in the woods weren't just hobbies, they were a way of life.

After marrying his wife and making Arizona home, Sal discovered a thriving off-road community and fell in love with the desert trails. He also recognized a need for honest, dependable, and fairly priced powersports service. That vision became 520 Off Road, a place where riders can trust the work being done, receive straightforward recommendations, and know their machine is being treated with the same care as if it were our own.

Today, 520 Off Road proudly specializes in diagnostics, routine maintenance, engine repairs, custom builds, and performance upgrades for ATVs, dirt bikes, UTVs, and side-by-sides. Whether you're preparing for a weekend ride, race day, hunting trip, or your next desert adventure, we're committed to helping keep your machine reliable, safe, and trail-ready.
